Аннотация: The program of the world cooperation is aimed to achieve two goals: high quality environment and healthy economy for all Nations of the world. Formation and development of market economy dictates the management of enterprises (organizations) necessity to take into account the wishes and demands of all stakeholders (partners, regulatory authorities, society,etc.), on what basis and formed the main goals of the enterprise. In this regard, the key prerequisites for the implementation of environmental management systems (EMS) in the organization should be the desire and providing minimization of negative impacts on the environment, rational use of natural resources, improved environmental performance of the organization, and, generally, maintenance of ecological safety.
